Hey everyone, so we're having our first "Celebration of the Faithful" this Sunday night at 7:00 at our place (1270 Courtland Ave.). We will have a meal together, share communion, probably do a bit of worship, and have some scripture readings. I hope it will be a very rich, fulfilling evening.
Jane and I are going to be making some lasagna and we'll have some wine. If you plan on coming (anyone is welcome) please comment and say what you plan on bringing just so people don't all bring brownies.
Thanks!

Sounds good! I'd be happy to bring a salad and dressing with some extra side veggies if people are interested.
I'll bring some ice cream.
I'll bring some bread, along with some dipping oil.
I also thought that I could bring a few copies of the chapters from Frost's book - that way no one has to print them out, and we aren't publicizing on the front of our blog that we are breaking copyright. So anyway, I'll have about 10 copies to pass out to anyone interested.
Jesse, do you think you'll have enough bread for communion also?
Sure - I'll be sure to bring enough for that as well.
