This Saturday, April 20th, we will celebrate the 6-year anniversary of our strange little group. It is quite likely that some regular attendees will be leaving Columbus in the next few months, so this is also a time to simply enjoy each other's company.
I will host the event at 299 E. 9th Ave. Post ideas in the comment section for the event. A few questions - do we make it a potluck, or just snacks and drinks? Is 5:00 a good start time? What would you like to do to celebrate? A few ideas I had - dramatic readings of past blog posts, skyping with some people who no longer live in Columbus, board games.

We think 6:30, and just do snacks, desserts and drinks. I like the idea of reading past blog posts - I also have an idea for game that would involve sharing cohort memories. Of course, we could play "pict-a-phone" (or apple bottom jeans as it is affectionately called in our family). Thanks for hosting Nick!
I like 6:30, too. Snacks and drinks are also good. I don't know what pict-a-phone is but I'm up for something new. Boards games are good. Spending time remembering and reminicing (SP?) would be very appropriate and it could lead to new ideas about our future. Learn from the past, you know? It would also be a good time to offer blessings to those who will be leaving us.
Thanks, Nick! We are fine with anything, and it will be fun to hear some early cohort stories. I like the idea of Skyping if it can be arranged. We have a lot to celebrate in general within our group, so I am looking forward to it.
We will bring some festive cupcakes to share!
Alright, 6:30 it is. Looking forward to it!
Correction- apple coffee cake and some chips with salsa.
We will be there with a cheese-ball, crackers and a couple of grandchildren
